These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BassVault.
By accessing or using BassVault, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, accurate information, and all activity occurring under your account.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BassVault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and format content as necessary to operate the Service.
BassVault primarily uses third-party embeds such as SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify, Beatport, and Twitch. BassVault generally does not host music or video media displayed through such services.
Verification may be granted, denied, suspended, or revoked at BassVault’s sole discretion and does not constitute endorsement.
Digital goods, including profile skins and premium features, are licensed and generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Users must behave respectfully and comply with the BassVault Community Guidelines set out in Section 25 of these Terms.
No unauthorized bots, scraping, data harvesting, AI training on BassVault content, ban evasion, fraud, malware, or interference with platform security.
Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights and may only post content they are authorized to use.
BassVault’s Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Complaints may be submitted to hello@bassvault.net .
BassVault may remove content, disable embeds, revoke verification, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where BassVault believes legal, safety, copyright, trademark, impersonation, or platform integrity concerns exist.
Creating a username does not grant ownership rights. BassVault may transfer, reclaim, modify, or remove names in cases involving trademarks, impersonation, fraud, inactivity, or platform integrity concerns.
BassVault may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, legal obligations, security concerns, abuse, fraud, scraping, bot activity, or intellectual property violations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASSVAULT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BassVault and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your use of the Service.
Michigan law governs these Terms. Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought in Michigan courts. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration. Class and representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
BassVault may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and BassVault.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

BassVault exists to connect artists, DJs, producers, labels, venues, promoters, and fans in a respectful and professional environment.
These Community Guidelines help protect users, encourage meaningful participation, and maintain a safe platform for everyone.

BassVault may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Guidelines become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
